Are They Shouting?

strings · isupper · isalpha · booleans

A message counts as shouting when it contains at least one letter and every letter in it is uppercase. Digits, spaces and punctuation are ignored. Given msg, return True if it is shouting, False otherwise.

Examples

Input:  msg = "STOP RIGHT THERE!"
Output: True

Input:  msg = "Stop right there!"
Output: False

Input:  msg = "1234!!!"
Output: False

Constraints

  • 0 <= len(msg) <= 2000
  • msg may contain letters, digits, spaces and punctuation

  • Use `isupper` on a whole string
  • Understand that strings with no letters are not uppercase
